How To Secure a Vinyl Floor

What You Need

• Selleys Kwik Grip Horizontal
• Mineral Turps
• Clean cloth

Easy as..

1. To prepare the surfaces, simply ensure the old adhesive as been cleaned with mineral turps and the surface is dry.
2. Apply Kwik Grip Horizontal to both surfaces and allow to become touch dry.(between 10 and 40 minutes).
3. Bring both surfaces together carefully as glue will bond instantly and weight down with a brick or another heavy object.
4. After 12 hours the weight can be removed and the glue will be well adhered.

Handy Tips

• If you are trying to glue a bent or deformed vinyl tile try heating it with a hair dryer before applying the glue, the heat will allow the tile to bend back to the correct shape easier.
