Selleys Spakfilla Wall Repair Kit is a convenient all-in-one kit - with everything needed to patch and repair holes and cracks in interior walls up to 8cm wide.

How to Use
- Sand any rough edges and use a dry cloth to wipe the surface clean. A suitable dust mask is recommended during sanding to avoid breathing in fine particles.
- Remove backing and position self-adhesive patch over hole, with 3cm minimum overlap around the hole. Press down edges firmly.
- Use spatula to apply generous amount of Spakfilla to fully cover patch, extending past edges.
- Once dry (see tub for dry time) lightly sand the area smooth and wipe away any dust. Paint over if required.
Handy tips
- For any hole less than 25mm wide, Selleys Spakfilla Rapid can be used on its own without the self-adhesive patch. For holes larger than 25mm, up to 8cm wide, please use the full kit; the self-adhesive patch helps reinforce the filler, allowing for a much larger repair area.
- Drying time is 30 minutes for thin applications. For applications more than 2mm deep, or in cold or humid conditions, expect longer drying times. For oil-based paints, allow 24 hours before painting.
- Not recommended for use on plastic, metal or exterior timber surfaces. Exterior timber is likely to swell/shrink on absorption of water.
- Avoid using below 5°C or in wet conditions.
- Do not nail. Not for load bearing applications.
- Keep the container closed and airtight when not in use.
- If filler is dry, stir with the spatula to loosen up the mix, add one teaspoon of water and stir again until it has softened.
- Protect from water until dry and painted with 2 coats of paint.
- Where building movement or joint movement is expected, use Selleys No More Gaps.
Clean Up
- Wipe off any excess filler with a wet cloth before the filler has dried.
- If the filler has already dried, remove excess by scraping or sanding. A suitable dust mask is recommended during sanding to avoid breathing in fine particles.
